So the gut is technically our second brain.  That’s why it’s important to monitor what we’re putting into it. One of the biggest issues we have in society is SUGAR! We’ve been told time and time again that sugar is the devil. It has been repeatedly attributed to many health issues. But is sugar really as evil as they say? What if I told you that your brain actually needs a little bit of it to function optimally, would you believe me? We talk about a delicious fat bomb recipe. Here it is:

1 cup of pure raw almond butter

1/2 cup of coconut oil (melted)

2.5 tbsp of raw cocoa powder

dash of cinnamon and vanilla

low sugar 70 % or higher dark chocolate chips (optional)

1 tsp of maple syrup (optional)

mix all together and freeze —— so good!
