Why is it so important to fail?
Do your kids have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset? Today we’re talking about how raising kids with the growth mindset mentality is a critical tool. It allows them to learn to explore and expand their options as we get older and deal with more and more of life’s heftier challenges. So as much as sucks, it’s important to teach your kids failure.
Learning to roll with the bunches and to find strategies to deal with disappointments, pivots and losses sets them up to successfully deal with anything that rolls their way. In fact, it’s probably one of the best tools we can give them.
Join us as we explore why this type of thinking is so beneficial and what can happen if our kids grow up with a fixed mindset instead.

This week’s giveaway – “Love to Australia”
This week we’re giving away the gorgeous “Love to Australia” bracelet, created to symbolize Australia and all of its beauty. Australia’s colours are green and yellow, therefore Monica (creator, founder of glamjulz) created something that represented the beauty of their landscape and their beloved animals. This bracelet is made up of pyrite beads, shell, wood, glass and some delicate Swarovski crystals for extra sparkle. She even added the golden Swarovski Heart as the perfect finishing piece. It is a reminder to always send love to those in need. This is how we make the world a better place.
With each bracelet sold, glamjulz will send $5 directly to GIVIT which will send 100% of their donations directly to where Australia needs funds the most.
